Nemu is helping to make family readiness more accessible

At Nemu, our mission has always been simple: make it easier to navigate life's most important transitions.

That mission was born from personal experience. Our founder, Sarah, watched her mother navigate both caregiving and estate settlement firsthand. What she noticed was that the organization her grandparents had done made the process easier. But there was still the “stuff.” A lifetime of belongings that connected the family through some unspoken language. And the loss of her grandparents only amplified that connection, making it even harder for her mom to navigate as their executor.

So we set out to build Nemu - a tool to help families be confident and prepared before life's hardest moments arrive, and supported when they do. We've made it easy for families to understand how prepared their household is, attend expert-led educational classes on the topics that matter most, and work through one of life's most emotionally charged questions: what happens to a lifetime of belongings, “all the "stuff "?

Today, we're proud to take a meaningful step toward making that support more accessible.

Nemu is now available to eligible Prudential Individual Life Insurance customers, offering exclusive access to family readiness tools, powered by Nemu. Through this offering, eligible Prudential life insurance customers can take a household readiness quiz, attend expert-led classes, build a home inventory, and upgrade to the full Nemu Readiness Bundle, giving families everything they need to feel truly prepared.
